Killing For A Living by Rob Bartlett

Acclaimed comedian and actor Rob Bartlett (last seen in Studio Theatre’s hit production of Murder on the Orient Express) brings a wickedly funny, brutally honest, and unexpectedly touching look at life behind the microphone. Set in a Manhattan diner in 1992, Killing for a Living follows a colorful collection of stand-up comics trading insults, chasing dreams, and struggling to survive in the cutthroat world of comedy. Packed with razor-sharp wit, outrageous stories, and surprising poignancy, it’s a revealing look at the people who make us laugh—and what happens when the laughter stops.

Everybody wants to kill. Nobody wants to die onstage.
